Summer Soirées 2012            

Enthusiasm for Summer Soirées 2012 was spectacular

Thank you to all who support the program which resulted in the fundraising goal to be exceeded by more than 10%. Edouard Vuillard’s 1897 color lithograph, Children’s Games is officially part of the DIA collection because of the terrific participation of museum members and their friends.

Every Soirée was a sell out and all hosts were gracious to extend their expected attendance immediately to make waiting lists unnecessary. The success of this year Soirées makes the challenge for 2014 all the greater to equal the wonderful slate of venues and the fine offerings at every event.
