Michigan native John Nelson, visual effects supervisor for Iron Man, will host this unique event. A graduate of the University of Michigan (1976), Nelson will introduce the film, and share insights on special effects technology during a Q & A following the screening.

An Academy Award winning visual effects director, Nelson supervised the productions I Robot,  Terminator 2: Judgment Day, City of Angels, Gladiator, The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolution.  Don’t miss this opportunity to learn more about film special effects from a master!
