This husband and wife piano duo from Chicago are master performers of music for two pianos and for one piano, four-hands. They perform music in both traditions by Franz Schubert, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Igor Stravinsky.
Drop-In Workshop: Printmaking: Illuminated Manuscripts
6-9 p.m.
Illuminated manuscripts date back to the fifteenth century and were primarily used in religious contexts. Learn more as you decorate and embellish your initials using gold foil, markers, and paper.
Drawing in the Galleries for Youth
6–9 p.m.
(Ages 6–14, children 12 and younger must be accompanied by an adult)
Artist/instructors help participants create pencil drawings to take home. No experience necessary; materials provided.
