Artist Demonstration: Society of American Period Furniture Makers
Saturday, March 16th from 10am-4pm, and Sunday March 17th, from noon-4pm
Watch as DIA curators and members of the Society of American Period Furniture Makers walk us through several period furniture techniques, demonstrating how various aspects of actual pieces from the DIA's American collection were actually made. Each 30 minute demonstration will be followed by a tour of works in the American galleries.
