Detroit pianist-composer Mike Jellick has become a mainstay on the Detroit Jazz scene. His recent Friday Night Live gig with the Detroit Jazz Legacy Ensemble and his stint at the Dirty Dog Café with his Trio displayed his considerable talents as a pianist and bandleader. For this performance his Quintet will perform a variety of jazz standards and original compositions.
