Rob Conway plays Music of Morton Feldman

Pianist Robert Conway will be performing an evening of piano music of New York School composer Morton Feldman. The 7:00 PM performance will feature the hour-long masterpiece, For Bunita Marcus (1985). The 8:30 performance will include Palais de Mari (1988(, Feldman’s final composition for solo piano, as well as shorter works from the 1950’s and 1960’s, including Piano Piece (to Philip Guston) and Vertical Thoughts 4. 
 
 
 
 
 
Drop-In Workshop: Flip Books 
A flip book uses an animation process to tell a story with your drawings. Make a small book of your own to take home. In conjunction with the Watch Me Move exhibition.
 
 
Drawing in the Galleries for Youth
6–9 p.m.
(Ages 6–14, children 12 and younger must be accompanied by an adult)
Artist/instructors help participants create pencil drawings to take home. No experience necessary; materials provided.
