Unlike the instrumentation of original Paris-based jazz quintet of the 1930s Hot Club de France, led by guitar virtuoso, Django Reinhardt and included violinist Stephane Grappelli, two rhythm guitarists, and a bassist, the current Hot Club of Detroit is made of guitarist Evan Perri, accordionist Julien Labro, soprano and tenor saxophonist Carl Cafagna, rhythm guitarist Paul Brady and bassist Andrew Kratzat.
Photograms: Cyanotype 6–9 p.m. (12 and under must be with an adult) Place objects on light sensitive paper to make an image without a camera. In conjunction with the special exhibition Photography: The First Hundred Years.
