After 78 years of service, the auditorium seats at the DIA are being replaced with safer, more comfortable seats. The Friends of Detroit Film Theatre invites you to take this wonderful opportunity to put your name on the auditorium’s revitalization. Our “Take Your Seats” program allows you to have an engraved dedication nameplate mounted on the seat armrest of your choice for a tax-deductible contribution of $500.
To “Take Your Seats", simply download and print one form for each nameplate request, fill in your information, write your desired seat location at the bottom, and fax or mail it to us at:

We will accommodate your seat preference on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once your donation has been processed you will receive an acknowledgment letter with a floor plan showing the location of your nameplate(s).
