The DIA has a rich tradition of presenting special exhibitions comprised of works from around the globe and from its own collection. The DIA has co-organized outstanding exhibitions such as Van Gogh: Face to Face in 2000 and Magnificenza! The Medici, Michelangelo and the Art of the Late Renaissance Florence in 2003. Other exhibitions presented at the DIA were Degas and the Dance, 2002 and Camille Claudel and Rodin: Fateful Encounter, 2006.
Upcoming exhibitions to the DIA include Monet to Dalí: Modern Masters from the Cleveland Museum of Art (October 12, 2008-January 18, 2009) and American Chronicles: The Art of Norman Rockwell (March 8-May 31, 2009). See the links below for more information on current, future and past exhibitions.
