Audio Tour
The audio tour for Camille Claudel
and Rodin: Fateful Encounter is free with exhibition admission.
This tour is narrated by DIA director Graham W.J. Beal and includes
interviews with DIA curator Alan Darr and general curator of the
Rodin Museum in Paris, Antoinette Le Normand-Romain. The tour features
works of both artists created during the time they worked together,
and afterwards. Sculptures by both Claudel and Rodin with similar
subject matters, as well as some that illustrate the often-tempestuous
personal relationship between the artists are discussed. In addition,
some of their letters and notes are read, adding to the personal
nature of the tour.
