The light draws you in and takes you through the painting. It's also a powerful story depicted by a great artist--who happens to be a woman painting at a time when most artists were men.


William Kentridge

It might take you a minute to grasp seeing the animation through the mirrored reflection. Once you get it, it's like peering into another world. I love that layer of viewing this piece.


John Singleton Copley

I love this painting because I love sharks. In this famous American painting, they clearly didn't know much about shark anatomy so the shark looks funny.
