The Detroit Institute of Arts’ (DIA) auxiliary, Founder’s Junior Council (FJC), invites you to a night of art, music, dining and mingling, with a tour of The Photography of Charles Sheeler: American Modernist. This exhibition is the first major retrospective to focus exclusively on Sheeler’s photographic work, featuring more than 100 pieces, which include the stunning series taken at Ford’s River Rouge complex.
Friday, October 15, 2004 from 7 to 11 p.m.
The Detroit Institute of Arts, 5200 Woodward Avenue, Detroit. The event takes place in Kresge court. Please use the Woodward Avenue entrance.
