Payment
Information
Upon receipt of your filled out Order
Form we will determine the reproduction fee for the use that
you have requested and send you an invoice/contract for your signature.
After you review and sign the contract you must return one signed
copy together with your payment. Upon receipt of the signed contract
and your payment we will ship the requested images by mail or Federal
Express.
All rental and reproduction license fees as well
as shipping and handling charges must be paid in advance
on all orders.
Payment in US dollars can be made through one of
the following options:
- A cheque drawn on a U.S. bank (We cannot accept cheques drawn
on any other bank)
- An International Postal Money Order
- One of the following credit cards:
1. Visa
2. Mastercard
3. Discover
4. American Express
Please indicate name of the cardholder, card number and expiration
date.
Shipping and handling charges:
- Domestic mail. (US $5)
- International mail. (US $10)
- Federal Express U.S. only. (US $50)
- Federal Express International. (US $75)
You can avoid Federal Express charges by providing us with your
account number.
Our normal service for shipment requires approximate 10 business days from
date of receipt of your payment. We can rush shipment of the
transparencies or disks within 48 hours of receipt of your payment
and
signed contract. There is a $25 additional charge for rush service. |
