Dody Weil

Volunteer to Volunteer - March 2010

Dody Weil, the March Volunteer to Volunteer Awardee, has been a DIA volunteer for 34 years. Thirty one of those were with Art to the Schools (ATS) where Weil loved communicating with the children. Weil served as ATS Chairperson in 1991-92. In addition to her work with ATS, Weil chaired Noel Night for three years. She has also been on numerous committees of ATS and the Volunteer Council.

Currently, Weil works with Gallery Information. Here she shares her love of the DIA and its collections with the many visitors who are trying to find their way around the museum. Weil is a perfect ambassador for the DIA. Congratulations, Dody, and thank you for your many years of dedicated service.
