Get to know the DIA's renowned collection of European paintings
Travel organized by the Council serves two aims: short trips to other U.S. cities foster greater knowledge of the great collections elsewhere in this country, both public and private; trips to major international art markets that serve, in part, to cultivate private collectors and provide them with the requisite background to pursue collecting via reputable dealers or at auction.

All EPC members can attend lectures, enjoy four in-depth curator-led tours of the DIA collection, and participate at the annual meeting. Members also receive invitations to visit private collections, go on tours, and attend other exclusive EPC events. Additional benefits are as follows:

The European Paintings Council is led by a Board of Directors and is advised by curators and staff in the European Art Department.
