Friends of Art & Flowers 2020 Betsy Campbell Lecture

Friends of Art & Flowers welcomes Matthew Ross, educator, landscape designer, and plantsman as he takes you on a journey to experience many lesser-known gardens worthy of praise. He begins in Philadelphia, America’s garden capital, which boasts the largest concentration of major gardens and arboreta in the nation including one of its first at Bartram’s Gardens.

Matthew, Director of Continuing Education at Longwood Gardens, is known for his insatiable appetite for garden exploration. He is a proud graduate of Michigan State University where he earned his bachelor’s and master’s degree in Horticulture Science with an emphasis on Landscape Design and Urban Forestry. He is excited to return home to present at the DIA, where he first fell in love with art during frequent visits with his family.

If you would like to attend this virtual program, please send your name and email address to swinterbottom@dia.org. Once you RSVP, you will be sent instructions via email on how to virtually attend this discussion.
