Your DIA: A (R)evolution

Exploring the history of the DIA heightens awareness of the individuals who founded the museum, built its collection, and supported the institution for over 128 years and provides the basis for understanding why the DIA is considered one of the most renowned and innovative art museums in the world.

Every Thursday at 1 p.m. the Detroit Institute of Arts offers programs for adults 55+. Tour the galleries and learn something new with an in-depth tour of the DIA's permenent collection. For more information on Thursdays at the Museum, call 313.833.4005

Support for Thursdays at the Museum is provided by your tri-county millage investment. General admission is free for residents of Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties.
