Thursdays at the Museum: Ride the High Country (film)

As the old west enters the modern era, two aging gunfighters (Joel McCrea and Randolph Scott), unsure of their place in a changing world, team up to transport a gold shipment while reluctantly rescuing a terrorized young bride (Mariette Hartley). But the two old friends soon find themselves on opposite sides of the law in this elegiac, sensitive and critically acclaimed western from director Sam Peckinpah. (94 min.)
