2020 DIA Gala

Unprecedented Times call for Extraordinary Friends!

The DIA Gala, the museum's largest fundraising event of the year, is being reimagined. The DIA is still here for its patrons, donors, and community. With your help, we can continue being a world-class arts institution even through these difficult times. A gift to our Extraordinary Friends Initiative will support the museum’s Sustainability Fund (unrestricted funding that supports operations, exhibitions, programming, community outreach and staff) and ensure vital funds for operations are secured.

Henri Matisse once said, “Creativity takes courage” and today that remains truer than ever. In these unprecedented times, we are constantly exploring ways to engage with our community to ensure that we remain an institution committed to growth and education. We are also encouraged by your unwavering support and look forward to celebrating with you in 2021.

Join us this year as we shift away from our traditional in-person Gala to support the DIA’s Sustainability Fund. Your vital support will allow us to deliver critical educational programs and remain one of the top arts institutions in the world.
