A lot goes into keeping your museum running. We must maintain a comfortable climate – heating and cooling – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We have to keep the lights on and have security, even when we are closed. And, when we are open, the building is bustling with guests, educators, curators, programs, films and activities to deepen your connection with art.

Your gift to the DIA Annual Fund provides ongoing support for those educational programs and special exhibitions, as well as for general expenses associated with running the museum. You make it possible for the doors to be open and the galleries staffed when you arrive, and for the building and art to be protected and secure when you've gone home.
