Stamped on exterior below banding on side opposite from inscription: discharge mark of Louis Robin for 1738-44: foliated script capital A, crowned; next to inscription: tiny fox head, facing left. Stamped on bottom: fleur-de-lis crowned; maker's mark: JDB surmounted by an arrow \?! flanked by two grains; warden's mark for 1742: B crowned; foliated script capital A, crowned (see above). Stamped on exterior of foot ring: partial maker's mark: JD beneath an arrow flanked by two grains.
